Dental Appointment

Telephone 01253 694850

Routine appointments can be made by telephone . If you wish to cancel or alter an appointment, please try and give 24-hours notice. If you are a new patient, we will carry out a thorough examination which usually involves taking X-rays. We will then discuss your dental needs with you and provide an estimate of the costs involved. Please note that the cost may alter as treatment progresses. We will endeavour to inform you of any such changes at the time.

Emergency Appointment

Telephone 01253 694850

If you need to be seen urgently, please telephone the practice as early in the day as possible to maximise the chances of a same day appointment. Please do not drop in at the surgery on the off chance that you might be seen immediately as this is not possible.

Out-Of-Hours Appointment

Telephone 01253 694850

Patients who require emergency treatment outside normal surgery hours, please phone the surgery and follow the instructions on the answerphone. Out-of-hours emergency treatment is provided by FCMS Dental Clinic (Whitegate Drive, Blackpool) under the terms and conditions of the NHS. Please note the definition of an out-of-hours dental emergency is swelling/pain and or bleeding which can not wait until the surgery re-opens.

Medical Histories

At the beginning of each course of treatment, you will be required either to complete a medical history or update your existing one. It is very important you have a list available of all your current prescription medication.

Disabled Access

We have two ground floor surgeries and one first floor surgery. If you are unable to access the first floor surgery, please inform reception when making your appointments so we can arrange the use of a ground floor surgery. Please note we do not have adapted toilet facilities.
